When will my order arrive?

Orders are typically processed in 1–3 business days. Estimated shipping is 5–12 business days to the US and UK, and 7–14 business days to Canada and Europe. Other destinations vary. Tracking is emailed when your order ships. View shipping details.

Can I return my order?

Eligible unused items in their original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Opened or partially completed kits cannot be returned. Read the return policy for exclusions and the return process.
